Anyone know.? Dont want to worry USA Investotrs ...But

WHAT IS GOING ON.?

Are They changing our ADR.s registered in NY.. to Prefered Shares..with fixed dividends... to be registered in the UK stock market.?

Have just picked up a prospectus on the internet that is apparently "silently" coming from Lloyds.

Is it time to call the Lawyers.?

Anyone Know.??
