The on-going, seemingly never ending, Lexmark lay-offs continue with renewed vigor this week. I hate to think of all the dedicated employees who have worked for so many years to promote Lexmark, only to be discarded like used up equipment.

In the words of Dylan Thomas "Do not go gentle into that good night... Rage, rage against the dying of the light."

Let your voices be heard. If not for you, then for those you leave behind. Make sure Curlander, Isabel, Canning, Rooke and Gamble know the error of their ways, the impact their poor decisions are having on Lexmark and that there is a better path.
