With Lawson cutting more on the services side of the house the only revenue generation will be coming from license and maintenance. This will lead to an overall lower revenue number quarter to quarter though the margins will be better. Since the revenues have been down consistantly by 15% or more and with the shrinking of the professional services Lawson's revenue will drop even further. Expect this qtr to have a 20% drop and the next qtr for at least a 15% drop in revenues. This will not plateau off until late FY2010 when the earnings for Q4 should come in 6-10% drop from last year. The only thing propping this this company up right now is all of the deferred sales on the balance sheet that should start to deplete as they attempt to increase their revenue number each quarter.
