I initially had difficulty registering and I chalked that up to server overload. Why not email LWAY's investor relations similar text to your post? I bet they'd respond favorably. Again, along with receiving the Wellness Bar, I got a three coupons. Years ago, many consumer companies sent their shareholders product samples or actual products. I once owned shares in Castle & Cook, which at the time owned Dole and Bumble Bee tuna. For a few years, I recieved a "care package" the size of a large shoe box filled with their products. I assume the cost of mailing goods was the reason why companies discontinued this practice, but mailing coupons isn't that expensive.
I'd be curious to see how IR responds to you, if you decide to email them.
