It disturbs me that Ian Cumming is selling a lot of shares lately. I personally own 1000 shares, but I'm pretty discouraged by his disbursements. A sell could be for a variety of reasons, but I'm very upset he's selling his shares continuously throughout the year to not affect market prices. Sort of like slipping a few shares here and there, hoping people will not notice. I see he's buying a lot of JEF for his personal account. This is a big conflict of interest for LUK's shareholders. He frontloads LUKs' shareholders by buying ahead of time in his personal account and then boosting the price up with the funds he acquire with LUK.

I'm upset. If you're the CEO, at least show some faith. If he sells anymore, I'm out of here. What do you guys think? Can we raise this in shareholder meetings?
