I'm sure the CEO was a millionaire long before coming to Lantronix... but coming to Lantronix did not make him more of a millionaire YET.

That's because they were given OPTIONS to buy stock at a low price of course... but not given stock.

"Under the terms of the LTIP, Mr. Chase and Mr. Sakai will receive 780,898 and 451,909 options to purchase common shares."

In order for Chase and Sakai to take advantage and exercise these options, they are going to have to make the PPS go up. If they make the PPS go up, this will be good for everyone.

Though, even if Chase exercised all his options, the PPS would have to move way above 1/share in order for him to make a million off of these shares.
If the stock goes way above 1/share, I don't think any of us will be complaining.

I'm sure that Bernhard has been give a presentation on what is going on and he liked what he saw though. I will trust the main who owns over 1/3rd the shares.
