I bought LTC because it is very similar to Realty Imcome which has been very, very good to me. Both have conservative management, strong balance sheet, unused unsecured line of credit, a stable & increasing divy, and lease, not run, their properties. In this economic environment, am I crazy for investing in a REIT? But one would think that even in the worst economy, shouldn't a well run REIT, which I think LTC is, survive or even prosper? Any thoughts? Any other good, conservative, REIT or divy stocks out there that I might look at? Thanks! Jim
