In the 2nd quarter the EPS was .37 per share. They took a .02 charge for aquisition costs in the 2nd quarter...so without the aquisition EPS would have been .39/share. They also bought back stock in the 3rd quarter which should have further boosted their EPS. Essentially, EPS for 2nd and 3rd quarter was the same.
