Prior to Agere takeover, for a year or more, everyone in Agere knew that Rick Clemmer was focused in only one thing - to sell off the company for the benefit of big shareholders. The only unknown was - to whom and when? He sold Agere to LSI and he did it brilliantly. I don't think LSI management is so focused on selling the company hoy en dia.
