I have been taking notice of the positive upward movement of the stock this week. Does anyone know what is going on. It has generally stayed in the $20-$24.00 range over the past 6 months. Overall, I think the company is fantastic and it has great earning potential- enough to service its debt, maintain their properties and reward their shareholders. In the very short run (6-12 months) the economy still seems to be limping alog and the negative news on commercial real estate is starting to surface. Although I do not think management has put us in a difficult position, companies generally tend to react the news in their sector. Any insight would be appreciated. I like the movement, but I don't necessarily see the catalyst.
