What's that Ted West said? A moderate improvement (to the advertiser network and TAC), in a "sustainable" way?

"However [Ted West went on to say], for our Advertiser Network business in this environment, we are pleased with the relatively stable, sequential revenues derived from a resilient base of advertisers running certain accounts 'since', with us".

SINCE when? Since Microsoft's "content Ads system" has got together with OpenX perhaps? Someone will be needed to "manage" it, no?
