Blue Harbour Group, a hedge fund that takes large lead positions in well managed companies with the sole purpose of creating or unlocking shareholder value has just filed a 13G with just under 10% ownership. These guys were largely responsible for getting Readers Digest and Yankee Candle sold at attractive premiums. Not saying that this is what they will try and make happen w LNET, but nevertheless, a very positive sign that a large shareholder is now on board that has the power to make good things happen for shareholders.
