Today LNCR announced "For the quarter ended 9/30/09, net revenues were $392.6 million vs $405.7 m for Q3-08. Net earnings were $36m (9%) vs $53.3m (13%)Q3-08."

So they lost 3% of their revenue or $13m for the quarter which translated into a loss of net profit of $17.3m or 32%.

Similar results for the comparative 9 mo - only net revenues were down 8% and profit margin dropped from 14% to 8%.

And their stock price went up 7%?
