There could be an earnings surprise here. Now before someone says "pump and dump" keep this in perspective - not too many people read this board so:

Management has had 18 months (or more) to prepare for the oxygen cap that started Jan 1. That's a long time to work on the expense side and the revenue side. By revenue side I mean things like expansion into pediatrics. If I remember correctly one of the largest acqusitions in the last few years was a pediatric company.
