ISR (intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance) is important for not only assymetrical warfare, but conventional warfare as well. ISR is a force MULTIPLIER and will continue to be a priority with the DoD.
ISR growth for L-3 was +20% in 2009 and is guided to be +10 to +12% for 2010. Rating :
