A special shareholders meeting was planned for last Friday. It's purpose being for the shareholders to vote and abide to the company's proposal to dissolve the company with the shareholders being entitled to get about $0.025-$0.03 per share.
Because almost nobody came to that meeting, it has been canceled and moved to next Friday.
But, normally, the absent shareholders should have been counted as naysayers, preventing the dissolution to happen.

Company, nevertheless, didn't take this path and just postponed for 1 week the imminent dissolution.

Some on this board are phantazing about a miraculous last minute buyout. This won't happen IMHO.

On no news about the supposed cooccuring meeting I sold @$0.073 last Friday, expecting a severe gap down on November 2nd.

I have the same expectation for next week, thus I won't touch this anymore, but this is only my personal opinion, do your own DD.
