Someone said it was going to be cancled on Nov. 2, yet it's 3 days after that date now and the price still going up. So people are still buying and selling, I take it?

Anybody know if this is still in play and if it's still a good buy/bad buy? GOOD sell/bad sell? I have to admit, I don't know much about this particular stocks and the politics behind it, can anybody shed some light on this pls. Thanks.
