I think that LGF is going to have the worse earnings in history and guide much lower for the year. I think insiders know this and once we have a big earnings selloff our big 4 insiders are going to buy up all the shares at lower prices then 5. I think that is why they are silent and not buying now. I think that is why we did the new debt thing so they can own more the 20% of outstanding shares. I think once all this happens we move up.
