So from the numbers you gave we would have about $457 mil in debt.

The we just took out $236 mil but after cost we only got $219 mil. If we used all $219 to pay down other debt, then we have to add the $17 mil in costs to give us total debt of about $476 mil.

Subtract our cash of about $100 mil and out debt load is $376 mil.

With the share price at 5.16 the street gives us a value of $604 mil + $376 mil in debt = $980 mil

Its only loose numbers since we dont really know what is owed to us and what we owe out.

Soooooooooooooo for about a billion without a premium you can get the whole ball of way including the library.

Knowing that our 4 huge shareholders were so silent for the last few month, not buying shares right now, maybe took out the new debt so they can buy more shares, I would think they collectively plan on the share price being her and even expect to knock it down even more so they can increase thier position before the company is sold. As someone pointed out everyone of the 4 know the others well.

Plus I figure they feel we are going into the sweet spot for LGF with movies due out, tv show, epix, fearnet, internet, mobil, and a ton of other things including many joint ventures with bigger players and stuff on a international level.

I believe we go down a little then we go up to 10 next year and then we are sold for like 15 a shares.

The sweet spot I mentioned may be off t a slower start then anticipated with SAW underperforming but still turing a profit, and I have a feeling for our part we are not putting in cash but putting in content to Epix.
