Nonsense. Management would much rather Sell each Share at $5 per share, then at $0.25. I feel the very same way about the Shares that I own. In this way, Management and Shareholder interest are aligned and common together. This gives Management a real incentive to strive to increase the share price.
While it a means of shifting investor money into the pockets of management, and dilutive --- it is far different to issue Options, than flat out Cash bonuses. But feel free to Express your Feelings to the Board of Directors. If you are a Shareholder -- you are a partial owner of a business as well. Rating :
