After listening to the LDR earnings call the other day, I can't understand why anyone would hold this stock!! Management has absolutely no strategy to accelerate growth (as they admitted on the call) and while the divi is great, paying out 85% of earnings is a strong indication that mgmt has no better use for the cash.

The BOD better look at replacing the CEO and others here asap.
