Finally some one with some inteligence posted a message with a lot of truth in it. There is no one out there that is willing to buy this POS with all of the debt that Jeff brought in to this company.
As you pointed out, the Lifetime business model is broken. Department stores or for that matter any retailer do not need to have the Brands that Jeff over paid for. Any reailer can simply develop their own brands. There is no way that LCUT can do any more acquisitions in the near future, so why is Jeff still keeping the bloated investment banker on as his COO at $500,000 per year?
But this is just one more example of how Jeff is using LCUT to keep his freinds and Family employed. I heard from some one that is familiar with the company that anyone that ever went against Jeff Seigel was forced to leave. Just ask Shelly Misher why he is no longer on the board now.
