I know that the employees were in a lock down period until May 11th. Only the CEO jumped right in and bought. Why didn't any of the other employees step in and buy? 1 Board Member jumped in and bought. Once again why are the other board memebrs sitting on the side line?

What is the COO and the CFO waiting for?

The only stock that they own is what they got through options and they are probably trying to figure out a way to get some more options at this cheap price rather then use their own money to buy the stock and show some support.
