Another Director gone! You can watch any company for a period of time and when they turn over Managers, Directors and VP's quicker than they can release positive earnings reports then there is an issue. The issue is not below those people on the org chart either. Someone has their eye on the wrong thing in this company right now. Again the data points to a negative change with the purchase of the Pa. plant. It has been constant junk since then. Was it too much for the company to fast or was there an influx of poor management into the corporation with the purchase. Knowing peers that have been buying this stock for years and discussing it with them it has to be the second issue. I think in talking to people and looking at the data this is the time to get what we can and get out. Look at it for yourself and I think you will agree.
