i think the answer's easy...they needed the money and aren't generating revenue in operations. timing was pretty good i guess. september's disaster will be diminished by 2 prior decent (decent, not good) months and the titanic-like voyage that is q4 won't be known for awhile. 10 may not be a panic but a chance to get top of the market.
