At least long time and institutional owners will know to start a civil suit against this ignorant unethical twit before she rewards herself and others with a "bonus" for a "successful" sale of tax loss credit....the only thing Diedre ever produced successfully...just like the patients promised treatments the employees are now seeing her true colors and of course ineptitude

It will be interesting to see who did "catch it on Tuesday"....family and friends????..someone selling in large lots...Martha Stewart type folks who should end up in jail...Imclone type situation where all who both sold on the info and "gave" the info to insiders end up in JAIL

I hate conspiracy crap, but if that wasn't a tip off then I don't know what else she was refering to. If I would have heard that earlier I definitly would have questioned what she meant by the statement.So where to from here. This company and there C.E.O. Deirdre are so unethical and full of @#$% that they did not even post the news about the trail on there own web site. I am pretty sure she knew about the trail results the Tuesday before the Thursday a.m. press release. The decision to stop the trail had to go before the board of LJPC as well as the board of BMRN. This did not transpire in 36 hours. I wish there was some way to get a copy of the letter from the D.S.M.B and get a look at the date. My guess is around Febuary 5th.
