Hey everyone - I read the news that Kana was aquired. Based on the new public company that our stock will convert to, will our value be between $0.97 - $1.07 prior to any new announcements on what new profitable businesses will be bought in this new fund? I contacted Bob at Kana Investor Relations and this new business will have Cash assets between $40M - $44M with the NOL's that can be depreciated to boost value by offsetting revunue which equals more value to company. Bob said that the same number of common stock will be issued so 41M shares converts to the $0.97 - $1.07. This is a 24-37% appreciation to today's stock price. Does anyone else see this?
