Russell is rebalancing their indicies as of today. According to the preliminary list, KTEC is being deleted from the Russell 3000, and assumedly also the Russell 2000 which is part of the 3000. That means all the ETFs and mutual funds indexed to these indicies are in the process of selling.

So today I took the opportunity to reestablish a position in KTEC after an absence of a few years.

Let's hope they can avoid another earnings warning this quarter. Longer term they should do OK, especially if the dollar keeps getting weaker.
