"not only are the being upfront and honest." Burying what to me is essentially an earnings warning beneath a few paragraphs talking about how they are working to reduce costs don't strike me as particularly upfront and honest.

"They are doing all the things that a well managed company must do in difficult times". I agree, but even poorly managed companies have figured out they need to cut costs in this environment. How's GM or C management doing?

"They say will be modestly profitable this year. Very few companies will be". Lots of companies will be profitable this year, the vast majority of publicly traded non-banks.

Disclosure: I am considering repurchasing an old position I had in KTEC (prior CEO) now that small caps have been beat up so much, but am in no rush.
