Hope to buy back a little lower. My cost was higher than most here--$5.25 or 5.35.

I don't understand the lawsuit--Kohlberg is a smart company financially so I don't think they would violate a bank covenant or if they did, I don't think they'd sue the bank. There must be some grey area. I don't expect KCAP to make a profit on the suit--at best get legal fees reimbursed. But I don't think the banks will win.

My target for the stock is $8 when things get cleared up.
