Longs, I think we should brace ourselves for dividend cut. It will bounce back and even higher when the litigation is settled, but until then I think the company will be very conservaive and cut the dividend. Particularly, because they are "paying" default interest, their EPS should come down I am thinking by about at least 10 cents or more per quarter per share. This has NO effect on cash flow, but it has an effect on EPS and management always said that they will not pay out more than EPS.

So I just do not think anyone should be surprised if this were to happen. Now, I think the stock prices in this news, but I could be wrong. I am not selling a single share because I appreciate the long term value and I know that the divie will come back in latest in several quarters. That said, it is helpful to understand what could happen.
