This guy Bannister at Stifel Nicolaus is clearly either a moron or a crook. Honestly, a downgrade on Oct 26 and and upgrade on the Oct 30!? He either has no clue as to the situation at KBR or he is attempting to manipulate the stock price... which appears to be working.....
