KBR is Hugely Under-rated     30-Oct-09 08:50 am    
Nice job Stifel...push out a downgrade, get your clients on board cheap, then it's back to BUY. Long term holders know better. KBR is cheap and worth well more than $30. Patience wins. Let them execute.
