wouldn't allow be to make a trade w/o calling a 800#. Odd stuff but it might be keeping the volume down. TradeKing had no problems.
Looks like 3 might be the bottom. Not sure I'd completely load up until the CEO outlines his plan, but this a good level to start building a position. Based on volume levels it might take awhile. Sentiment : Strong Buy Rating :
