What a sign of gross MISmanagement. This incompetent board, and especially the CEO and Chairman, have finally driven down the stock price below the IPO price. And how much will the Chairman and CEO get for bonuses this year? What amazes me is that the institutional holders didn't make a peep at yesterday's annual meeting. They have the power to put the screws to mgt. but fail to take action. What a pity.
