Good source told me that there is no real concern about loan covenants and that the dividend cut was considered a wise move under the circumstances and also that at this new level K-Sea avoids an additional large bonus payment to the GP.
Not sure what all this means and considering I paid nothing for the info, maybe that's all it's worth. I am long many shares at $17 and am holding.
