get your short positions in before SPNG issues their 10K (any day now). NITE is heavily short (naked short, close to 1 billion shares) and will lose billions of dollars trying to cover on a stock with no float and guaranteed can't cover thru retail. Thery will have to come to the table and negotiate their criminal behavior. NITE could very well go under.
