When one reviews the most recent proxi, alomost 50% of the stock is held by insiders and 4 institutions. When a positive catalyst arises, they will be little stock for sale. I can see KTCC moving up to $3.50-$4.00 vary easily. For those that are thinking of owning KTCC or want to increase their position, I would use the current "quiet" period to do so. Of course, as the stock moves higher some insitutions may lighten up, but I don't think there would be any real supply until the stock gets above $5.00-$5.50.

Given my estimates that KTCC can and will earn $.10+/share in the March and June Qs, and the net/net value of the balance sheet is worth $3.20, add it all together with a 15 P/E and full value would be north of $9.00.
