Kohls always has some flyer, mailer, insert etc. with 15-20 or even 30% off. This retailing method apparently works...Boldly show the customer sweeping discounts from the astronomical primary retail price points and you'll get them everytime. The consumer will always be the sucker, and Kohls sure can play her. What a crock!
