How many stocks out there right now can claim to be debt free, have under a 10 P/E ratio and pay a 5% dividend yield? On top of this, the stock has massive insider ownership and I have received two special bonus dividend payouts over the last several years for one dollar for each share I owned. It's fair to say that KOSS takes care of its shareholders, but right now the markets are depressed so the price is down like everything else. The dip is an opportunity for value investors with a long time horizon who like owning a nice well run company that has a rock solid financial position.
