I have a feeling this earnings meeting is going to be different. Although they will not give forward guidance i DONT think there will be a sell off this time around. In fact i expect them to say something "positive" on future earnings potential. There presentations about 3-4 weeks ago have foretold alot of positive future earnings potential.
I expect them to earn well in excess of $0.60-$0.70 this quarter. Remember the cost cutting measures implemented 5 months ago, it is going to be "reflected in 2nd half of 2009" which is 3rd and 4th quarter. They were expected to save somewhere between $16-19 million...... and with only 15 million shares outstanding they should easily get in excess of $.60-.70 EPS. KNDL should trade somewhere between $18-20 after earnings.
