It's nice to see the stock rising for KMT. Work is picking up...people planning to leave...and cross-training within. KMT is still under a hiring freeze so they're stretching their employees thin at a time when the market and business is picking up. Is KMT being led by 9 year olds? They're so scared of re-hiring anyone that they're going to get left in the dust by other competitors such as Sandvik who are hiring right now. The economy will rebound...but will KMT? The workforce is angry...
