I wish you the best. The only part that is luck is not the distribution for 2010 which KMP will likely announce during the last week of November as $4.40. But exactly how low will KMR trade over the rest of the year and hence could you have bought it for less, is the luck part.

July 13th was the last day KMR traded under 45 and the SPY was under 90.00 then. Therefore IMHO with the market at todays higher prices KMR is a safer investment than the market as a whole.
