Simple math says that if deal falls through the earnings estimate would be automatically raised higher . Analysts would have no choice but to raise full year projection. Kraft itself would raise full year projection.

Pay attention to what ceo said in CC. Said we may, or may NOT bid for Cadbury." People have assumed that for SURE kraft would engage in hostile bid for cadbury. not true. not true by any means!

It should be known that Cadbury wants a 20% higher MORE cash bid. Kraft has stated that it would STICK to the first offer.

Not only this but I have heard that warren Buffet who owns a large chunk of kraft has warned kraft against going higher for cadbury.

My bet? I am betting the deal falls through as of deadline on Monday. I also will assume that when this happens, Kraft rallies to $31/share.
