Must be a high-stress/depressing company to work for. A real hell-hole. It sucked when I worked there, could only imagine how much worse it got. Upper management at their worse.

Kraft revenue/earnings misses began in earnest about 5 years ago when KFT management decided that they knew better as to how sell product at the Retail level...without having any real Retail sales experience themselves. A recipe for disaster combined with a total disrespect for their retail sales folks.

Now they're paying for it but still trying to cut costs in all of the WRONG WAYS, in addition to now going after their Veteran Sales people with 10% pay cuts (and other tactics too...) at FULL BORE!

So now they're calling for higher earnings next year, but at the cost of pressuring those with real selling experience/expertise out the door. True genius at it's worst!

Their upper management team is really rotten and corrupt, has been so for quite a long time and the future doesn't look any brighter! Get out while you can!
Sure glad I did, no regrets!

My heartfelt sympathies to their retail sales people whom try to succeed despite the roadblocks thrown at them. Must be a nightmare job indeed.
