You are correct...This company is a great example of what happens to a tech company in Cleveland. You have to work alittle harder here for alittle less money to make it viable.
Joe was handed this company on a gold platter. He knows nothing about building it from the ground up. The ONLY thing positive he has done (for himself) was help install a few board members and a VP that was able to drive the stock to non-fundimental levels "Breaking many SEC rules on Forward Looking Statements in the process", made many of the board members, "and those Close to him" alot of money. Shorting KEI stock on the way back down. Alot of the (now retired) employees were depending on that stock...they are all screwed! They were the ones that were buying after the board sold off their blocks. This could have been the Apple Computer of the T&M market. Insted it has turned into the Enron...and we all know what happend to Enron.
