If you listened to the call and looked at the numbers it wasn't the earnings that were worrisome it has been the cash flow. I believe the cash flow has been negative for the year. They have been dumping huge amounts of cash into their pension plans although I believe they said they were funded for awhile now. I like to see stock rewards more than pensions. I believe it gives employees more incentive to be productive. At least they raised the dividend but they cannot go another couple quarters or year with negative cash flow or the stock will see the teens quickly.
