Barrington said the wind-power sector's recovery is falling behind the past few months, as projects still lack financing and are running into trouble getting money from the government's grant program. The firm said orders for wind turbines won't recover until late 2010 to 2011 after expecting early-2010 recovery. Barrington subsequently cut its investment rating on Kaydon Corp. (KDN, $32.41, -$1.87, -5.46%) to market perform, adding the stock is more fairly valued at $25 to $28 a share.
