I would not even consider selling at this point. Although cash flow is somewhat tainted by inventory reduction they now can operate without the excess inventory on a permanent basis due to productivity increase and capacity gains. This is a cash cow with huge earnings potential. They can undersell all the competition as the low cost producer for store brands,and I still believe if Ralcorp will pony up the right price a 30 takeout.
