I think Jupitermedia will be a better leaner company after they finalize the sale of the images part of the company. This will allow Jupitermedia to pay off all of its debt. I think they become simular to Internet Brands, Inc.(INET) That company has no debt and it owns a number of websites that provide information to consumers simular to what Jupitermedia does. I see JUPM going to $5+ rather quickly after the sale is finalized IMO.
